Yoga for All, All for Yoga

A Yoga class for ALL bodies. Modification will be presented for your body. The only requirement: come with an open mind and willingness to have your OWN yoga practice that benefits your body. We will use lots of props to support and nurture our practice. This is yoga for REAL people. FOR REAL!
