Cabbage & Noodles

1 head cabbage, chopped into 1-2” wide strips                  
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped                                       
1 cup butter                                                                                       
1 package egg noodles, cooked
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground ginger (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

1)      Saute the onions in large skillet (or can use pot), using ½ of the butter.
2)      Add cabbage and more butter and sauté until the onion and cabbage are soft.
3)      Add noodles.
4)      Mix together well. Season with salt and pepper.
